Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your JAX AI account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account directly inside the app, or request deletion by email.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

Open the JAX AI app.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the account section and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and associated data are deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

We will process email deletion requests within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

Your user profile (display name, account settings)
Your sign-in account (Google / Apple authentication record)
All your Beat JAX predictions and picks
Your Beat JAX leaderboard entries (all-time and seasonal)
Your reserved Beat JAX username
Locally stored app data on your device

What data is kept

JAX AI does not retain personal data after deletion. Note the following:

Anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g. overall prediction accuracy) may remain, as these contain no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you.
If you hold an active premium subscription, billing records are managed by Google Play. To cancel a subscription or request billing data removal, please use your Google Play account settings.

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Please cancel your subscription separately in the Google Play Store to avoid further charges.

Retention period

Personal data is deleted immediately for in-app deletions, and within 30 days for email requests. We do not retain backups of personal data beyond this period.
