JAX AI is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Account Information: If you sign in via Google or Apple, we store your email, display name, and profile photo URL.
• Device ID: Anonymous identifier for the "Beat JAX" competition leaderboard (if not signed in).
• User Preferences: Username, theme settings (stored locally on your device).
• Competition Data: Your Beat JAX score predictions and leaderboard rankings.
• Subscription Status: Whether you have an active premium subscription.

We do NOT collect:

• Location data
• Contact lists
• Browsing history
• Financial information (payments are handled by Apple/Google)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide AI-powered football match predictions
• Run the "Beat JAX" prediction competition
• Maintain the competition leaderboard
• Manage your premium subscription status
• Distribute prizes to eligible winners

We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Cloud Data: Competition picks, leaderboard scores, and account data are stored securely on Google Firebase (EU servers, europe-west2).
• Local Data: Preferences and cached data are stored on your device via SharedPreferences and SQLite.
• Your Control: You can reset all local data anytime via Settings > Reset All Settings. You can delete your account by contacting us.

4. Third-Party Services

JAX AI uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Cloud infrastructure, authentication, and analytics
• API-Football: Football statistics and match data
• Google AdMob: Advertising (free tier only)
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Apple/Google Play: Payment processing for subscriptions

Each service has their own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them for complete transparency.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
• Subscription management (cancellation, renewal) is handled through your App Store/Play Store account.
• A portion of subscription revenue (£1 per subscriber per month) funds the monthly prize pool.

6. Prize Competition

• The "Beat JAX" prize competition is a skill-based prediction game, not gambling.
• Prizes are awarded as Amazon vouchers to eligible premium subscribers.
• Prize distribution is based on leaderboard rankings with tiebreaker rules.

7. Gambling Disclaimer

JAX AI provides predictions for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a gambling service. If you choose to place bets based on our predictions:

• You do so entirely at your own risk
• We accept no liability for any losses
• Please gamble responsibly

8. Age Restriction
